As an SRHR champion, I learned to build trust and communicate effectively within a community. I explored knowledge on sensitive topics like sexual and reproductive health rights, legal aspects in Nepal, peer pressure, media influence, Gender-based Violence, infertility silence, and the power of storytelling through Hamro Bahini.

Talking about my SRHR experiences, It was started from peer education to faciliating and empowering together ensuring accessible SRH services in the community level. The journey is full of rollercoaster with lots of learning , embracing and memories.

As an SRHR champion, the experience has been beautiful. Meeting and learning with like-minded individuals nationwide, working to build a well-informed, safer world for future generations, is something I'll cherish. I learned trust within myself, the team, and the community. Hamro Bahini helps you be the voice for positive change.

Hamro Bahini educates and empowers young girls about sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and media. Helping without expecting returns is heartwarming. Thanks to the Hamro Bahini team for this platform. As an SRHR champion, I gained knowledge, confidence, communication, and networking skills. The supportive team made the experience wonderful.

As an SRHR champion, I learned new things, unlearned taboos, and relearned creatively. Sessions were enlightening, teaching community intervention and legal aspects. Representing as a speaker at the District Interact Conference boosted my confidence. I developed patience, empathy, leadership, and communication skills. Embarking on a seven-week SRHR training was transformative, expanding my knowledge and perspective. As an SRHR Champion, I learned community perspectives, received mentor support, developed new skills, and gained valuable insights, expanding my perspective and confidence.

She has been educating and actively participating in SRHR issues, working with organizations to reach more young people. Engaging closely with students, she supports informed SRHR choices. Her journey includes raising her voice at conferences, collaborating with stakeholders, and striving for comprehensive SRHR information and services for all.

I've passionately advocated for SRHR, driving policy change for comprehensive sex education and contraception access. Engaged in community outreach, we've empowered LGBTQ+ groups, refugees, and underserved communities. Collaborative partnerships expanded our impact. Notably, rural sexual education programs boosted informed decision-making. Continuous learning enriched my commitment to SRHR's vital cause.
